A lot has been happening at Savvy Belly this month. We have been busy filming, testing and creating new, easy and delicious recipes for you.
And, I sold my house.
The chaos has been an important reminder to check in with myself. To remember to take care of me as well as everyone else. Eating good, tasty and easy to prepare food, spending time with my boys and taking a spare moment or two (there haven’t been many) to do what fills me up.
For me, that means starting my day with a Pilates session. Walking, nourishing food, quiet time alone and, spending time with my friends. What fills you up? Do you make time for it or do you wear your business like a badge of honour? I find it is really quite amazing that I can make time for the things that matter to me, so why not make a conscious choice to choose what matters.
Luckily, helping you to get that good gut feeling and live your best life is a part of what fills me up. I love what I do. As an expert in change, I am on a mission to help you get on top of your illness, get more energy and rewrite your story. So that your illness becomes part of your story, not the main event. I want to help you reconnect with you.
Because, I know that when we are all living our best lives, together we can change the world!
