It is easy to feel overwhelmed and not know where to start, when your life has been turned upside down by illness and your relationship with food is changed forever.  You might not know what to eat.  You might be thinking it will be salads for the rest of your life!  I know how you feel! I have been there.  There is a happy, healthy life waiting for you.  You deserve it and you can create it.
